冒险娘之旅 Dali Lily Pad Inn

Dali Lily Pad inn is a unique hostel featuring Bai minority's architecture of white washed house with Chinese paintings and calligraphy on the walls. Situated near the west gate of Dali Gucheng, it's location is good. But what I really enjoyed was the laid back atmosphere and the good service of the friendly volunteer staffs. They were university students from different parts of china, who were touring Yunnan and taking a temporary job at the same time. They are curious about the world and we had fun chatting and learning about each other lifestyle back home. I joined their staff dinner for 15rmb on 1 night and was treated to a hearty fare of local food by the resident cook. They can arranged my Erhai cruise and bus to Lijiang or Kunming too. Best thing was my private room with en suite bathroom and mountain view only costed 150rmb a night.
