South Korea 22 April 2013: Jeju to Seoul

Today is the last day in Jeju, so we woke up early to visit Yongduam Rock 용두암. Do you see a dragon head? Anyway we tried walking from Yeha Guesthouse but gave up half way and took a taxi instead. Taxi in Jeju is not very expensive.

Then we proceeded to Dongmun Traditional Market 동문재래시장 for last minute shopping.

We found a really good black pork tendons soup at a stall inside the market. Yummy! After lunch, we took a taxi to airport. Flight was delayed for an hour again.

Our service apartment stay was Floyd House which is very near to Hongik University station exit 7 홍대입구역. It only took 15 minutes for AREX train ride from Gimpo to Hongik. The area surrounding the university is called Hongdae and there are unique restaurants and cafes. Hongdae is full of vitality and energy as it is the main gathering point for youths in Seoul. Floyd house is clean and comfortable with a mini kitchenette and washing machine.

Acting cute at Hello Kitty Cafe @ Hongdae. Meow!
